At Access Denied, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and zip code to start the return process.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup to send the items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
